New Billing Software!!!

Dear WVCWD Customers,

We are moving over to a new billing system to improve accuracy in billing. With this new billing system all bills will be sent by postcards. We are working on getting Email bills back by next month. We will return to the previous successful schedule of many years where bills are mailed on the first of each month and due by the 25th of each month. Payments received after the 25th incur a $20.00 late fee. 

All Credit/Debit card payment need to be paid through this website. If you have any question please feel free to call us at: 661-724-1860 we would be happy to help you. Office hours are Mon-Fri 9-1pm.
